Learn about new East Adams neighborhood at block party

Partners in the transformation of the East Adams neighborhood are hosting a block party Saturday to share information about new housing and the tear down of Interstate 81.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wilson Park.
